White stress balls may discolor over time. Please store them in their plastic bags away from direct sunight and distribute within 3 months.

PRODUCTION TIME
Once you have submitted your order and approved your final proof, this is the number of business days it will take to process your order through our facility. This does not include shipping time which can vary depending on location from 1-6 business days. Your order must be submitted by 5pm CST to count as that business day. Please keep in mind our production & delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

MOCK UP & EMAILED PROOF: You will be asked to upload your logo/file on the next step. At that time, provide your VECTOR logo. You will have an opportunity on the Product Option page to supply any additional design instructions for example phone number, website, etc. Our amazing design team will then create the mock up and email a proof to you to review and approve BEFORE your order goes to print. Sometimes our emails fall in spam so be sure to CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER as you will receive your proof within 2 business days after submitting your order and artwork

We will notify you of: Low resolution image or design concerns during the proofing process.

WHAT DOES VECTOR MEAN:
A vector image is a type of digital graphic that allows the image to be scaled infinitely without loss of quality, making them ideal for various applications such as logos, illustrations, and other graphics where scalability is important. Common vector file formats include SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), AI (Adobe Illustrator), and EPS (Encapsulated PostScript). If you see fuzzies around the outside of the graphic, if the hard lines are fuzzy or pixelated in your image, it is not vector.

WHAT IF MY FILE IS NOT VECTOR:
We offer a service that allows us to take your image and make it vector. This service is $45. To order this service email your image to customerservice@adeasprinting.com - we will send you a link to provide payment and once payment is received you will receive an email from us with your vector files within 1-3 business days.
