How do I Submit My Order?

You will need to approve a formal estimate to finalize your order.

To obtain an estimate contact us by phone, fax or email.
~Please include the product, quantity and color information for what you want to order so we can send you an estimate.
~Let us know if there was a particular special you were looking at so we can note that special pricing in your estimate as well.

STANDARD TERMS: 50% down and balance due upon proof approval. Depending on quantity expect your order to ship in approximately 4-7 business days once you have approved your proof. Rush processing & shipping options may be available for an additional fee. If you have chosen to use RUSH shipping please review your estimate for separate terms & fees. If you cancel your order prior to proof approval a cancellation fee will apply. After you have approved your proof your order is not subject to cancellation without additional production fees.

CREATIVE DESIGN: As long as files are submitted to ADEAS print ready per ADEAS specs no charge will apply. If any design work or file manipulation time is requested it is charged at $52.00 per hour. There is a 30 minute minimum and it is charged in 15 minute increments thereafter. If you submit a file and then are required or you desire to resubmit a new file a charge of $25.00 will apply to eac new file. A proof will be provided or a designer will contact you with any questions or issues within 2 business days after your order is submitted.
